New Partners in De la Paz, Costemalle-DFK: Strenghten consulting and legal practices

Alfonso Gómez has directed and taken part in several consulting enterprise risk management, operational risk management, internal audit and internal control (Sarbanes Oxley Law) projects for the main companies and financial institutions in Mexico and Latin America. Alfonso has been responsible of treasury, cash and financial risk management in different corporate offices and enterprises.

He participated as lecturer of Accounting Treatment of Derivative Instruments, including risk management issues, and he has published articles on enterprise risk management and financial risk management in specialized financial magazines.

He is public accountant from La Salle University and he has a Master on Business Administration (MBA) from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).

He was president and today is member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee of the Mexican Financial Executive Institute (IMEF); and he participated as coauthor of the “Enterprise Wide Risk Management” book, issued by IMEF and Deloitte.

Luis Villegas, has developed the legal department in De la Paz, Costemalle- DFK for the fields of: Legal Advisory, Legal Audits, Contracts, Corporate, Board of Directors, Due Diligence, Taxation, Foreign Investment, Immigration, Trademarks and Patents.

He has delivered family business courses and legal audits aimed to prevention of frauds.

He graduates in Universidad Panamericana as an Attorney at Law.

Currently is a member of the Ilustre Nacional Colegio de Abogados Ciudad de México, Barra Mexicana de Abogados,

Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresas y Barra Americana de Abogados. (Illustrious National Lawyers College of Mexico City, Mexican Lawyer Bar, National Association of Business Lawyers and American Lawyers Bar.)
